Today we visited a customer in lowestoft with a w205 mercedes c class. The customer reported no stop start and no ECO mode.
We used our OEM mercedes star diagnostics to run a full fault scan. This returned a low voltage code, we performed a battery reset and body computer reset.
We then logged data we noticed sufficient charging and we recorded no faults after erasing and performing the reset using mercedes star.
We also performed a software update at the customers request to ensure future compatibility and more precise diagnosis.
