This Range Rover L405 came into us for a multimedia system fault infotainment.
Normally we would use SDD to do a full system update and reset however the customer was so frustrated they supplied us with an android upgrade to fit. Unfortunately due to the complex CAN system after fitting the vehicle would not respond to any steering wheel commands nor would android unit respond in a reasonable amount of time to touch inputs.
We advised the customer to pop back in and we would reprogram the OEM Landrover infotainment system and hopefully resolve the issue using the intended factory setup.
