Volkswagen Group diagnostics in Ipswich
ODIS diagnostic testing for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Bentley and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. GEL Automotive provides independent manufacturer-specific fault finding and supported coding enquiries from our Ipswich workshop.
Volkswagen & Audi fault finding
Engine warnings, electrical concerns and control-unit faults need more than a generic code read. We use the Volkswagen Group ODIS platform to support investigation of the vehicle and its reported symptoms.
For VW or Audi diagnostics, send your registration, dashboard messages and details of when the fault appears. Include previous diagnostic reports if you have them.
SEAT, Škoda & Bentley enquiries
Our Volkswagen Group coverage also includes SEAT, Škoda and Bentley diagnostic enquiries. Available tests and programming procedures vary between models and electronic systems.
Tell us which function is affected and whether any parts have already been changed. We can then discuss the appropriate workshop assessment.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
We welcome VW commercial vehicle diagnostics and electrical fault enquiries. Send the van model, year and symptoms so we can confirm coverage and plan the work.
Let us know about any conversion equipment, additional electrical installations or recent repairs that may be relevant to the problem.
ODIS coding & module enquiries
For supported Volkswagen Group coding and programming, we check the vehicle, module and required procedure before confirming the job. Replacement components may need configuration or matching.
If your enquiry involves component protection or a used module, send the part numbers and vehicle details first. Availability depends on the specific component and applicable access requirements; it is not identical across the VAG range.
Coverage and programming functions depend on model, year, fitted equipment and software. Send your registration and a description of the fault or requested work so we can confirm suitability.
