Last week we had a Vauxhall Astra J come to visit our workshop all the way from red lodge near newmarket in suffolk. We cut and programmed a second key for the Astra j after local automotive locksmith was unable to complete the job.
Although we are not locksmiths and cannot provide an emergency locksmith service we can supply cut car keys with in 72 hours and use a mobile service to code and programme most manufacturers keys.
On arrival we checked the cut was corrected by check the key blade against the locks and ignition and then we set out the program the transponder to the ECU.
Using our key programmer over GDS2 on this Vauxhall saves time and ultimately the customer money. With in 15 minutes the key was programmed and the customer now had 2 fully working and cut car keys.
