We had a moondust silver transit in to remove tar and glue a previous wrap and signwriting. We had also been tasked with cleaning and restoring the headlights.
The first step in headlight restoration is to wetsand and remove any light scratches and imperfections for this we used 1000 grit and then 2000 grit sandpaper this will leave a smooth cloudy finish the next step is to clean the headlights with some mild soapy water.
Once the headlights are clean and dry we then can begin to polish the headlights with some rubbing compound, once the we had 3 passes with the rubbing compound we then used some premium wax and sealed with a touch of ceramic coating for years of protection.
