BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Useful to know.
Why use OEM diagnostics?
Original equipment manufacturer systems provide the brand-specific tests and data used by the manufacturer’s dealer network. On supported vehicles, these tools also allow software updates, module configuration and programming.
What does general diagnostics cover?
General diagnostics helps identify faults associated with a control unit, system or component. More detailed electrical investigation or manufacturer-specific testing may be needed to establish the underlying cause.
