Today in Aldeburgh, suffolk we visited a customer with no radio signal after visiting the car wash. The Alfa Romeo giulietta was a French registered vehicle but was unable to pick up a radio signal after visiting a car wash.
Initially we checked the radio base, Antenna and performed a diagnostic test on the radio to test if any signal was gained or lost after removing the antenna. After removing we found no “loss” in signal meaning the internal part of the antenna must be damaged.
We have ordered a genuine Alfa Romeo antenna on behalf of the customer and will be returning to fit in due course as soon as the part arrives in stock.
