We were called to Bury St edmunds to diagnose a BMW F20 with a radio fault, The radio would work fine for approximately 2 minutes and then cut out leaving no sound. Once restarted the radio would do the exact same thing.
We diagnosed the FEM unit to be at fault and have suggested a BMW software / Firmware update as the first stage to curing the fault.
