One of our regular customers had an airbag fault on a ford transit neither the dealer or the specialist that sold the van were able to fix, After running a full diagnostic test and clearing all related ECU’s we were left in a similar situation.
Rather than simply giving up we investigated further to find a connected but very loose terminal under the drivers seat so we decided to order a new plug we have temporarily fixed the issue for now so that the vehicle is safe for the customer to drive.
